At the IV People's Kurultai, President Sadyr Japarov emphasized the need to show respect for the unique nature of Kyrgyzstan.

He highlighted that discussing issues of culture, behavior, and mutual responsibility is extremely important, as no reform or law will yield results if there is no change in the inner world of each individual.

“A new Kyrgyzstan is being formed not only through new buildings and factories but also through new thinking, new values, and public culture. It is important to ask ourselves: how do we relate to our heritage and nature?” he noted.

Japarov pointed out that our duty is to pass on to future generations everything we have in its pristine form. However, he stated that we leave garbage in the mountains and on the shores of lakes, which is a manifestation of irresponsibility. “Clean-up days are held, but this is clearly not enough,” he added.

In the president's opinion, the uniqueness of nature requires a respectful attitude towards it. “Every parent should not only talk about this to their children but also be an example for them,” he concluded.
