In the Batken region, the construction of a road has been completed, costing 888.9 million soms. This route connects the villages of Sary-Talaa, Kyzyl-Tash, and Zardaly.
The opening of new industrial and social facilities, including the road to Zardaly, took place as part of the IV People's Kurultai, attended by President Sadyr Japarov. The event was broadcast online.
Zardaly is a village located in the mountainous area of the Batken district, situated 110 kilometers from the district center. It has two ways to connect with the rest of the region: by road and on foot. Due to high mountain passes, part of the route was inaccessible in winter, from October to May, leading to a complete halt in traffic due to heavy snowfall. Residents had to cover 6.2 kilometers along the Kozheshken River on foot or on horseback.
According to the president's directive, the road from Sary-Talaa to Kyzyl-Tash was expanded, with a length of 11 kilometers and a width increased from 3–4 meters to 6 meters. A new section 7 kilometers long was also built from Kyzyl-Tash to Zardaly. A 30-meter metal bridge over the Kozheshken River ensured full road connectivity.
According to the project developers, the new road has reduced the distance by 26 kilometers, and year-round vehicle movement is now ensured, as snow does not accumulate on this section. The length of the Sary-Talaa – Kyzyl-Tash – Zardaly road is 18 kilometers, and its construction cost amounted to 888.9 million soms.

It is also worth noting that on September 29, 2024, President Sadyr Japarov announced plans to build a road to the village in 2025 during a meeting with the residents of Zardaly, as well as the need to provide it with electricity and to construct a small hydroelectric power station.

The length of this road is 17.5 kilometers.
The Ministry of Transport reminded that the construction of the road is being carried out following the meeting of President Sadyr Japarov with the residents of Zardaly in September 2024.
