On his Facebook page, President Sadyr Japarov announced that 71 delegates of the IV People's Kurultai deceived him. This became known during the second day of discussions on December 26.
During the Q&A session with the delegates, one of them raised the topic of elections. The president noted that he observes low citizen participation in the elections for the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. He urged the delegates who voted in the recent elections to raise their hands.
