The IV People's Kurultai has concluded its work

The IV People's Kurultai, attended by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, has concluded its work in Bishkek. The event took place on December 25 and 26 at the T. Satylganov Kyrgyz National Philharmonic.

690 delegates from various regions of the country participated in this assembly, including representatives of labor migrants and representatives of religious communities.

On the first day of the event, the president delivered a speech highlighting the most important social issues and outlining priorities for the further development of Kyrgyzstan. He noted that the country has entered a new phase of strengthening state structures and sustainable socio-economic progress.

As part of the Kurultai, 27 new industrial enterprises were launched in an online format across the country, and 67 social facilities were opened.

During the work of the Kurultai, 150 delegates raised relevant questions and proposals. They addressed a wide range of topics, including the social sphere, development of the processing industry, infrastructure, improvement of water supply, as well as support for agriculture and business.

Special attention was given to ideas for increasing funding for cities and assisting citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic living abroad. In particular, proposals were made to simplify the visa regime and expand the participation of labor migrants in political life, including the possibility of their candidacy for parliament.

At the conclusion of the Kurultai, President Sadyr Japarov answered questions from the delegates, emphasizing the main directions for the country's development. He noted that many of the issues raised are in the process of being addressed, and the participation of heads of ministries and departments in the work of the Kurultai will allow for a quick response to appeals and the development of specific measures.
