According to reports from the Bishkek Electric Networks Company, next month more than 6000 subscribers will be disconnected due to unpaid debts. To minimize possible inconveniences, the energy providers strongly urge customers to monitor their payments and pay their bills on time.

For the convenience of customers, the official website of the company has a section called "Subscriber Balance," where both residential and industrial users can check the status of their account at any time. Additionally, residential subscribers can use the mobile application "My Light," available in the Play Market and AppStore, to get information about their balance. They can also contact the 24-hour Call Center at numbers 1209, 105, as well as mobile numbers 0772/0556 00 12 09 or write to WhatsApp at the number 0702 001209.

Subscribers have the option to pay their bills through various payment terminals such as "Quickpay," "Pay24," "UMAI," "KICB," "Megacom," "O!," as well as through electronic wallets "Mbank," "O!," "MegaPay," "UMAI," "Elsom." Payments are also accepted at the cash desks of banks such as "RSK Bank," "Dos Credo Bank," "Bakay Bank," "Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN," "Halyk Bank," "KICB Bank," "Optima Bank," as well as at the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzpost," where real-time payment is possible, as reported in the press release of the Bishkek Electric Networks Company.
