At the Republican Center for Health Promotion and Mass Communication, recommendations were shared for safely celebrating the New Year to avoid visits to trauma specialists.

Road Safety. Considering the heavy traffic and the likelihood of encountering intoxicated drivers, it's better to leave home early to reach the celebration venue without unnecessary haste.

Fireworks with Caution. Doctors advise against holding pyrotechnic devices in hand during launch, ensuring that children do not set them off without adult supervision, and maintaining a safe distance when launching.
It Can Lead to Dementia. Why There Is No Safe Dose of Alcohol

Caution During Outdoor Activities. Skis and snowboards can lead to injuries, so it's important to assess your abilities realistically. Additionally, sledding or tubing also carries risks. Choose only safe and equipped slopes, and be attentive and cautious.

Advice for Women: Choose your footwear for the festive outfit carefully. High heels look attractive, but walking on slippery surfaces can be dangerous. No beauty is worth the risk of a sprain or strain, so consider anti-slip overlays or switching to more comfortable shoes.

Moderation in Alcohol Consumption. Most people who end up in trauma departments during the holidays are under the influence of alcoholic beverages, which often leads to injury-prone situations.
