- During the IV People's Kurultai meeting in Bishkek, held on December 26, Anaraly Charginov proposed the creation of a railway branch from Manas to Shamaldy-Say.
He noted that the residents of Nooken, Aksy, Ala-Buka, and Chatkal, as well as the citizens of Tash-Kumyr and Shamaldy-Say, are demanding the inclusion of this new railway line in the roadmap for the "Railway China – Kyrgyzstan – Uzbekistan" project.

According to Charginov, such a line will significantly simplify the transportation of goods to the Nooken, Aksy, Ala-Buka, and Chatkal districts, as well as to the cities of Tash-Kumyr and Shamaldy-Say. This, in turn, will facilitate the export of products from these regions and the establishment of logistics centers.

The delegate also emphasized that the railway stations in Tash-Kumyr and Shamaldy-Say, due to their proximity to Uzbekistan, will open new transport routes to other countries.
