The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has adopted a new resolution regarding the use of special means in the protection of the state border. This decision is a result of the implementation of the Law "On the State Border of the Kyrgyz Republic". Photo from the internet The new document includes two appendices: a list of special means permitted for use by border services, as well as a clear procedure for their application during service and border protection.
Furthermore, the previously effective government resolution from February 26, 2016, No. 90, which regulated similar issues, is hereby repealed. This means that innovations and updated norms for the use of special means are being introduced.
The resolution will come into effect 10 days after its signing.
