Earlier in December, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation confirmed Lurye's ownership of the apartment, which was sold by Dolina under the pressure of fraudsters.
On the same day, the case regarding the forced eviction of Larisa Dolina was sent back for reconsideration to the appellate court.
Dolina sold the apartment in 2024 while under the influence of fraudulent schemes. The new owner, 34-year-old Polina Lurye, was unaware that she had become a victim of a scam.
Initially, the court decided to return the apartment to Dolina and ruled that she was not obligated to return the money to Lurye, leaving the latter without housing and funds.
