Two kindergartens have opened their doors in the Tyup district of the Issyk-Kul region, located in the rural areas of Balbay and Tyup.
The opening of the institutions was timed to coincide with the IV People's Kurultai. President Sadyr Japarov and local officials attended the ceremony, which was held in an online format.
A kindergarten with 100 places has been built in the rural area of Balbay, implemented by the company "Alliance Continental" with funding from the development fund.
In the preschool educational organization named after I. Arabayev, there are currently 4 groups with 120 children enrolled, and the staff consists of 28 people.
In the village of Tyup, the kindergarten "Kelechek" was also opened, accommodating 275 children. A total of 209 million 398 thousand 571 soms were allocated for its construction from the republican budget, and the work began in 2023. According to information from the Ministry of Justice, the director of "Alliance Continental" is Nurbek Asamidinovich Attokurov, and the founder is Nurali Tolkunbekovich Sheraliyev.
