According to Samara Sherikbai kyzy, the incident began on November 17. On that day, her sister brought her son to the kindergarten, where a conflict had previously arisen between her and the teacher. "The teacher insisted on collecting money for curtains and other needs. My sister refused, pointing out that such collections were unlawful. After that, a quarrel occurred between them. The teacher accused the child of smelling of urine and soiling the bed. Soon after, the child returned home with bruises all over his body, indicating that he had been pinched and beaten. We approached the head of the kindergarten and showed her the signs of abuse. She stated that the teacher is an orphan, had difficulty getting pregnant for a long time, and is now expecting a child, adding that she could be dismissed if desired.
We decided not to punish her with dismissal but to limit ourselves to a strict warning. After the incident, the child did not attend kindergarten for about a week. However, later he was sent back for a festive event, and on the same day, bruises appeared on his body again. This forced us to write a statement and draw attention to the situation. It turned out that similar cases had occurred with other children, but many of them went unnoticed. Now, according to the parents, active participants in the kindergarten's social media group are being removed, and they are being called in for a "talk," Samara Sherikbai kyzy added.
The press service of the Osh regional department of internal affairs confirmed that information regarding this case has been registered, and an examination has been appointed.
The head of kindergarten No. 4, who was contacted, reported that she is at the prosecutor's office and promised to provide a comment later.
