According to eyewitness accounts, the incident took place in the territory of the rural community of Kozhomkul, located in the Sokuluk district of the Chui region, right on the roadside of the Bishkek–Kara-Balta road. As a result of the accident, the SUV overturned, sustaining significant mechanical damage.
The accident happened on December 25 around 7:00 PM.
According to the press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Chui Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, details regarding this incident are currently being clarified.
