Children from socially vulnerable groups, as well as outstanding students from local schools, attended the event.

The cultural department staff prepared an entertainment program for the children with games and a meeting with Grandfather Frost and the Snow Maiden. Additionally, the Palace of Culture team presented a New Year fairy tale. At the end of the celebration, the children were given gifts from the district state administration.
