Of these, only 571 applications have been approved, and currently, 475 children are attending kindergartens based on the received vouchers. The project covers 258 educational institutions.
It is important to note that the government will allocate 1,000 vouchers throughout the republic, with priority given to children from socially vulnerable groups.
The voucher represents a minimum guaranteed funding from the state, tied to each child.
The cost of the voucher is 2,000 soms per month per child. Additional coefficients are also provided: for children from low-income families, the amount will be 3,100 soms, and for children with disabilities — 4,560 soms. In remote and mountainous areas, including the Batken region, regional coefficients apply.
According to the Ministry of Education, 4,032,800 soms have been allocated for the pilot implementation of the voucher funding mechanism for preschool education.
Furthermore, the voucher issuance system is fully automated on the "Balalyk" platform.
