- According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 12, 2025, No. 806, a plot of land with an area of 1.9732 hectares, located in the rural district of Manas in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region, has been reclassified from "agricultural land" to "land for industry, transport, communications, energy, defense, and other purposes."
The document states that this plot consists of irrigated arable land, distributed across the contours: No. 87 (0.35 ha), No. 92 (0.495 ha), No. 143 (0.0782 ha), and No. 132 (1.05 ha).
This decision was made due to the need to expand the territory of the branch of OJSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" in Osh.
The State Administration of the Kara-Suu District has received the following tasks:
to make changes to the land accounting documentation;
to develop and approve urban planning documentation for this plot, considering legislative requirements in the field of urban planning and architecture, as well as the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Highways";
to ensure the targeted use of the plot;
to comply with sanitary-epidemiological and environmental standards;
to organize safe drainage of rainwater and meltwater, taking into account anti-seismic measures and requirements for monitoring hazardous processes;
to preserve objects of historical and cultural heritage in case they are discovered;
to restore the area of the land plot by analyzing low-productive lands for their inclusion in agricultural circulation.
The resolution will come into effect 10 days after its official publication. It is expected to be published in the newspaper "Erkin Too" on December 16, 2025, issue No. 99.
