At the session held on December 25, the deputies of the Kara-Kul City Council discussed a number of important issues.
The Deputy Mayor Manas Abdykalykov and the Chairman of the Council Chyngyz Kimsanov noted the labor achievements by presenting the badge "Mыкты инсан" to the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the Toktogul Hydroelectric Cascade, Talaybek Mamyrov, and a Certificate of Honor to the leading specialist of the Population Service Center Ulkan Dalbaeva.
Twenty deputies participated in the session, where they considered a number of issues:
- reports from standing committees;
- the transfer to the municipal property of 3.5 kilometers of asphalt road and 0.5 kilometers on Charyginov Street, completed at the expense of the state budget;
- the transfer of a land plot of 617.10 square meters on Lenin Street to the State Tax Service;
- the approval of the commission composition for selecting projects funded by incentive grants;
- the awarding of the title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Kara-Kul" to B. Mamataeva, A. Kydyraliyev, A. Bazarkulov, and A. Khudayberdiev;
- the approval of the procedure for reserving places in cemeteries and a standard contract;
- the development of regulations for encouraging athletes and their coaches who have won prizes at the Olympic, world, Asian, republican, and regional championships;
- the transfer of a land plot of 1000.62 square meters in the rural district of Ketmen-Tobo and 50.28 square meters on M. Sabirov Street to the management of the Internal Affairs Directorate.
All issues discussed at the session received support from the deputies, and the corresponding decisions were made.
