The protocol was signed on November 7, 2025, in Bishkek between the government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation and pertains to the implementation of the agreement concluded on November 24, 2014, regarding the activities of this fund.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to notify the Russian side about the completion of all necessary procedures within the country so that the protocol can come into effect.
Furthermore, the resolution states that the insurance contributions for state social security, which the fund paid from 2014 to 2017, are voluntary and non-refundable.
The protocol will come into effect seven days after its approval.
