During the meeting held in December 2025, an Action Plan (roadmap) was signed for the implementation of the Declaration concerning the further development of economic processes within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union until 2030 and for the period up to 2045, called the "Eurasian Economic Path." This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan.

The developed Action Plan of the Declaration-2030 includes 345 activities and 172 mechanisms covering 62 areas of integration within the EEU. The main goal of the document is to strengthen the single market of the Union, enhance the economic resilience of the member countries, and boost their international competitiveness.

According to the Plan, the common market will be provided with necessary goods and resources, and industrial and agro-industrial cooperation will be developed. The Plan also envisions the creation of a unified transport-logistics and financial space and the expansion of access to digital services for businesses and citizens.

An important part of the plan consists of proposals from the Kyrgyz Republic aimed at supporting countries with developing economies. Among them are the development of support mechanisms, including the use of existing development institutions. Additionally, a list of documents necessary for the movement of goods within mutual trade will be compiled in pilot mode and posted on the official website of the Commission, simplifying life for entrepreneurs in Kyrgyzstan.

The Plan also emphasizes improving customs, technical, sanitary, and phytosanitary regulations, harmonizing the rules for the circulation of medicines and medical devices, as well as developing the institution of authorized economic operators and enhancing supply chain security.

A key direction is the large-scale digitalization of various sectors such as trade, public procurement, transport, and services. The Plan includes the development of electronic document management, smart contracts, and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies. Some activities will focus on the development of common energy markets, transport corridors, improving the status of intellectual property, as well as issues related to labor migration, statistics, and climate agenda.

Furthermore, the document aims to eliminate barriers in the internal markets of the EEU and expand international cooperation with other integration associations, third countries, and international organizations. This will strengthen the Union's position as one of the centers of economic attraction in Eurasia.
