In order to identify and suppress instances of illegal circulation of pyrotechnics, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is conducting raids in markets, retail outlets, and public places.
As noted in the statement, the main objective of these activities is to ensure the safety of citizens and prevent accidents related to the use of pyrotechnics that do not meet standards.
In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs strongly urges citizens to follow safety rules when handling pyrotechnic products, avoid purchasing goods without certificates and of questionable quality, and refrain from participating in illegal trade.
It is important to note that responsibility for the illegal sale and use of pyrotechnic products is provided for by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
