During the inspection, it was revealed that the enterprise was dumping waste in unauthorized locations. As a result, DMP-22 was fined 17,000 soms in accordance with Article 115 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to the disposal, storage, and burning of waste in places not designated for these purposes.
Additionally, the inspectors examined the enterprise's vehicles for harmful emissions into the atmosphere, and the results showed no exceedance of permissible pollutant levels.
Following the inspection, the management of DMP-22 was issued a warning about the necessity of strict compliance with environmental regulations.
