According to the Regional Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision for Bishkek and the Alamudun district, the actions in question resulted in damage amounting to 7.1 million soms.
In connection with the identified violations, the prosecutor's office has initiated a criminal case under Article 298 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to environmental protection during the conduct of work. Currently, necessary investigative actions are being carried out.
