Incidence of ARVI and influenza in Kyrgyzstan decreased by 11.7%: 526 schools transitioned to online learning

The incidence of ARVI and influenza in Kyrgyzstan has decreased by 11.7%: 526 schools have switched to online learning

According to data from the 50th week of 2025 (December 8–14), the total number of cases of ARVI and influenza was 37,629, which is 11.7% less than in the 49th week, when 42,561 cases were recorded. Children under 14 years old account for 72.2% of the total number of cases.
Additionally, 403 preschool educational institutions have been temporarily closed.
Specialists from the territorial Centers for Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance continue to conduct regular monitoring of the situation regarding ARVI and influenza incidence.
