
The owner of the house, a native of Tajikistan, was found guilty of registering two former compatriots, one of whom has already received Russian citizenship.
The court imposed a fine of 110,000 rubles, significantly reducing the possible sentence (up to 5 years of imprisonment) due to the defendant's remorse and good character references. However, taking into account that the house was uninhabitable and was not the only residence, the court decided to confiscate the property in favor of the state.
