According to ShinyHunters, they have 201 million records that include users' video viewing and downloading history. Journalists analyzed a sample of the stolen database and contacted several people from the list. Three former Pornhub subscribers confirmed the authenticity of the data, specifying that the information pertains to previous years.
Thus, the hackers are demanding a ransom in exchange for concealing information that could cause significant harm to users whose data has fallen into the hands of criminals.
