According to information provided by the press service of the Eurasian Economic Commission, a tariff exemption for the import of electric vehicles to Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, and Armenia will come into effect on January 22 of next year.

The exemption applies to "pure electric vehicles" (code 8703 80 000 3 of the EAEU Customs Nomenclature), which will be imported into Belarus in the amount of 20,000 units, as well as to "pure electric trains" and "series hybrids" (code 8703 80 000 5 of the EAEU Customs Nomenclature), planned for import to Armenia and Kyrgyzstan in the volume of 15,000 vehicles for each country.
