At the beginning of 2026, the Mongolian national team will represent their country at the national judo championship, which will take place from January 23 to 25 in Chingis, Khentii Aimag. After that, the team will participate in the Paris Grand Slam tournament, starting on February 7, where joint training camps for Mongolian judokas are also planned.

Mongolia will host the Ulaanbaatar Grand Slam tournament from 2026 to 2028, providing local fans with a unique opportunity to watch the performances of world judokas on their home soil.

The Ulaanbaatar Grand Slam 2026 is scheduled to take place from June 19 to 21 in the capital of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar.

This event will be the first in a series of tournaments that will award ranking points for qualification for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. Additionally, the final tournament in this ranking cycle will also be the Ulaanbaatar Grand Slam, scheduled for June 2028.
