Recent changes in the regulations concerning the activities of the state enterprise "Issyk-Kul" have been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers. This company is now the sole managing organization.
According to the new resolution, "Issyk-Kul" has been added to the list of organizations subject to the expenditure norms for maintaining the customer-developer service during the construction process. Previously, such norms applied only to structures of the Ministry of Construction and the company "Kyrgyzkurulush". Furthermore, amendments have been made to the company's charter that expand its functional capabilities. The company now has the right to engage subcontractors to fulfill its obligations in the established manner. The wording regarding the company's participation in tenders has also been clarified: it now pertains not only to state orders but also to municipal ones.
This resolution will come into effect upon its official publication.
