According to the information announced at a press conference by the Director of Operations for the "Tulpar" project, Bekzhan Akmatbekov, in 2025, Bishkek recorded 160 million cashless trips on public transport.

Compared to the previous year, this figure increased by approximately 45 percent.

The main factors for this growth were the increase in the number of new buses in the city and the successful implementation of the cashless payment system.

On average, there are 13.4 million cashless trips made each month, which amounts to about 440,000 trips daily.

October became a record month with over 15 million cashless trips.
Bekzhan Akmatbekov presented the dynamics of cashless trips by year:

The project has been operating since 2020, but its full launch took place in August 2023.

On average, 1,027 buses were on the routes every day.

It is important to note that the cashless fare for a bus ride is 17 soms, while the cash fare is 20 soms.
