In Bishkek, law enforcement officers have arrested a woman suspected of fraudulent activities amounting to 4.6 million soms. This information was provided by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District.
It was clarified that a local resident named D.K. approached the Internal Affairs Department seeking help regarding the actions of another citizen known as M.B. From January to June 2024, while in one of the shopping centers in the capital, M.B. deceitfully gained D.K.'s trust, promising to transfer her money to third parties to increase the amount. As a result of her fraudulent actions, she took possession of 4 million 650 thousand soms, which were spent on personal needs.

In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department.
