According to information provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region, on December 26, suspects in hooligan actions were detained.
The incident occurred on December 16 at around 5:30 PM at the "Legacy" car wash in the city of Kain dy, where three brothers were brutally beaten.
The fact of hooliganism was registered in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Article 280.
Among those detained were: S.T. (born in 1991), J.N. (born in 1996), and T.A. (born in 1997). All of them are currently in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are working to identify other participants in this incident.
