After registering the incident in the log of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Oktobrskiy District, a preliminary investigation was initiated. As a result, K. M. and M. N., both born in 1991, were detained under Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Oktobrskiy District Court of Bishkek issued a decision to arrest the detainees, who will remain in the special detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the capital for three days.
The Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek urged citizens and guests of the capital to maintain public order and to treat the police with respect, reminding that unlawful actions are subject to legal responsibility.
