Beknazar Aytaliev.
Gulshaiyr Abdirasulova, a human rights activist, reported that the activist was found guilty of inciting mass riots and sentenced to four years in prison, but the sentence was replaced with three years of probation.
It is worth noting that on August 7, Aytaliev spoke at a press conference, where he called on President Sadyr Japarov and the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, to stop the demolition of houses on behalf of local residents. As a result of this speech, he was detained.
The court established that Aytaliev was charged under part 3 of article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic for "Calls for active disobedience to the lawful demands of representatives of the authorities and for mass riots."
