The Moscow City Court has ruled to evict Larisa Dolina from her apartment located in Khamovniki. According to the court's press service, the case was initiated by Polina Lurie, who demanded the forced eviction of the singer. The court ordered that Dolina must vacate the disputed property and remove herself from the registration records in the near future. Although the hearing was held in an open format, neither the plaintiff nor the defendant was present. According to Dolina's representatives, she agrees with the decision and plans to leave the apartment by January 10. However, Lurie's lawyer insisted on the immediate enforcement of the court's decision, emphasizing that her client, as the new owner, is deprived of the ability to use the property.
The court took into account that Larisa Dolina would not face difficulties in finding new housing, as she owns two plots of land and a house with an area of 363 square meters. It is also worth noting that the singer's daughter owns an apartment in the Moscow region, which further confirms Dolina's ability to resolve her housing situation.
It should be recalled that the artist sold her apartment, but later claimed that the transaction was conducted under pressure from fraudsters. As a result, she went to court, which declared the sale invalid. Polina Lurie, a mother of many children, was left without housing and without money.
The case regarding the sale of Larisa Dolina's apartment caused a wide public outcry, as a good-faith buyer was affected. The Supreme Court of Russia previously annulled the decisions of the Khamovniki Court and the Moscow Court of Appeals in this matter. In court, it was revealed that Dolina refused to provide certificates from the psychiatric dispensary, explaining this by her status as a People's Artist of the Russian Federation. Ultimately, the court granted Lurie's complaint, affirming her ownership rights to the apartment, and the case was sent for reconsideration.
