Athletes who won medals at the 2025 World Wrestling Championship were awarded one-time cash bonuses from the government.

The award ceremony took place on December 22 in Bishkek as part of the opening of the Kyrgyzstan Wrestling Championship, as reported by the State Agency for Sports.

The Director of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, Kazybek Moldazhiyev, presented certificates to the athletes.

The World Championship was held in September in Zagreb (Croatia), where the Kyrgyzstan team won 5 medals: two silver and three bronze.

In addition to the wrestlers, cash bonuses were also awarded to the head and senior coaches of the teams.

Aiperi Medet kyzy (women's freestyle wrestling) - 2nd place — 750,000 soms

Nurzat Nurtayeva (women's freestyle wrestling) - 3rd place — 500,000 soms

Nurbek Izabekov (head coach of women's wrestling) — 312,500 soms

Nurdin Donbaev (senior coach of women's wrestling) — 250,000 soms
Bekzat Almaz uulu (men's freestyle wrestling) - 2nd place — 750,000 soms

Ernazar Akmataliev (men's freestyle wrestling) - 3rd place — 500,000 soms

Azat Mirakhimov (head coach of freestyle wrestling) — 312,500 soms

Elaman Dokturbek uulu (senior coach of freestyle wrestling) — 250,000 soms
Asan Janishov (Greco-Roman wrestling) - 3rd place — 500,000 soms

Uran Kalilov (former senior coach of Greco-Roman wrestling) — 125,000 soms

Azat Beyshebekov (former senior coach of Greco-Roman wrestling) — 100,000 soms
