The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) has taken responsibility for the further investigation of the horrific murder of a woman committed by her ex-husband. This was reported by the agency's press service.
According to the instructions of the Chairman of the SCNS, Kamchybek Tashiev, the case has been transferred to the central office, where an investigative-operational group has been formed to begin the investigation.
The SCNS emphasized that the country's top officials have already voiced a clear position on this outrageous incident, which undermines public safety and family values, demanding a serious legal assessment.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the deceased had a valid temporary protection order, and the suspect used a gas-traumatic weapon that he was illegally possessing.
As a result of the investigation, a final legal assessment will be given not only to the accused but also to other individuals whose actions or inactions may have contributed to the commission of this brutal crime.
