According to the information, on December 18, 2025, a local resident named M.T., born in 1986, contacted the Internal Affairs Department of the Panfilov District. He reported an attack that occurred on December 16 around 5:30 PM at the "Legacy" car wash in Kainy. Unknown individuals, motivated by hooliganism, inflicted bodily harm on him and his brothers — M.T. (born in 1989) and M.A. (born in 1980) — and fled the scene.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 280 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, police officers were able to identify the suspects, who turned out to be local residents: S.T. (born in 1991), J.N. (born in 1996), and T.A. (born in 1997). In accordance with the law, the aforementioned individuals were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
