The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic (GKNB) commented on the fact of the murder of a woman committed by her husband, who previously worked in the police. The agency noted that a final legal assessment will be given based on the results of the investigation, both regarding the actions of the accused and other individuals who may have contributed to this crime through their inaction.
According to information obtained during the investigation, the victim had a temporary protection order, and it was also revealed that the accused illegally possessed and carried a gas-traumatic weapon, which was used to commit the crime.
The GKNB emphasized that all those responsible will receive the deserved punishment in accordance with the law, and the results of the investigation will be made public.
It was previously reported that this criminal case has been transferred to the jurisdiction of the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic.
