According to information from law enforcement agencies, the detainee behaved extremely inadequately: he was swearing and threatening the medical staff, disturbing the peace in the institution.
Despite the demands of the staff to stop his actions, the man ignored them. Ultimately, he attempted to leave the scene but was detained by police officers.
After his detention, he was taken to the internal affairs department for further investigation. An inquiry is currently underway, after which a legal assessment of his actions will be made.
