Police officers immediately headed to the scene, registering the information in the automated system ZHUI. As a result, young men were detained, whose names are: S. A., I. A., U. S., and K. A., all born in 1999.
According to law enforcement, the detainees were in a state of alcohol intoxication and exhibited aggressive behavior, violating public order as well as Kyrgyzstan's legislation on noise.
Protocols were drawn up against them under Article 126 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning petty hooliganism. After completing the necessary paperwork, the men were placed in a temporary detention cell of the Internal Affairs Department of the Leninsky District of Bishkek.
