In the Panfilov district of the Chui region, a criminal case has been initiated in connection with an incident in which three local residents were injured.
According to the press service of the law enforcement agencies, on December 18, 2025, M. T., born in 1986, reported to the police station. He stated that on December 16, at around 5:30 PM, in the territory of the "Legacy" car wash in Kain, unknown individuals, without any reason and out of hooligan motives, inflicted bodily harm on him and his brothers - M. T., born in 1989, and M. A., born in 1980, after which they fled the scene.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been opened under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism.
As a result of operational activities, police officers were able to identify the suspects. They were identified as local residents: S. T. (born in 1991), J. N. (born in 1996), and T. A. (born in 1997). All three were detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.

Currently, operational search activities are ongoing to identify other participants in this incident. All necessary judicial and legal examinations have been appointed for the case, and the investigation is continuing.
