According to the information received, during monitoring of social media, law enforcement officers came across a Facebook account from which extremist materials were being disseminated.

“A criminal case has been initiated in this regard. It has been established that the owner of the account is a resident of Balakchy named Zh.E. During a search of his home, police officers discovered a mobile phone, which has been sent for forensic linguistic examination. The Ak-Suu District Court has decided to place the suspect under house arrest for a period of two months,” the press release states.
