According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chuy region, on December 18, a resident of Bishkek, born in 2000, named Ch.A., reported to the Sokuluk District Internal Affairs Department. He stated the need to take action against his colleague's husband, M.N., who, on October 18 at 11:00, without any apparent reason, assaulted him on the premises of the "Profi-Med" medical clinic in the Sokuluk district, inflicting serious injuries.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 130 (Causing serious bodily harm) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of investigative and operational activities, a citizen born in 1991, M.N., was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility as a suspect in accordance with the requirements of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
