The incident occurred on December 28 at 01:48, when the duty station received a report that a group of people was beating a man lying on the ground next to a multi-story building on Tynalieva Street.
The fact of the incident was registered in the automated information system of the Interior Ministry of the Lenin District, after which police officers were dispatched to the scene.
As a result of operational measures, four individuals were detained: S.A., I.A., U.S., and K.A., all born in 1999. According to preliminary data, they were in a state of alcoholic intoxication and were violating public order, as well as the requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Silence".
Protocols were drawn up against the detainees under Article 126 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
After the necessary documents were processed, all four were placed in a temporary detention cell of the Interior Ministry of the Lenin District.
