This information was confirmed by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region, stating that the incident occurred on December 25 at 8:00 PM. Based on investigations, it was established that a conflict arose between young people from the villages of Lenin and Konstantinovka on domestic grounds. As a result, a group of minors from Lenin gathered near the turn to Konstantinovka, where they damaged the aforementioned road sign.
The incident was registered at the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District, and investigators opened a criminal case under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. All participants in the conflict were identified and taken to the District Internal Affairs Office for further investigation. Since the detainees are minors, they were handed over to their parents after the investigative actions were completed.
