The incident occurred on December 28, when at 1:48 AM a signal was received on the "102" hotline that a group of people was violently beating a man lying on the ground on Tynalieva Street, near one of the high-rise buildings.

Police officers promptly arrived at the scene, where the fact of the beating was registered in the automated information system ZHUI.
During operational-search activities, four individuals were detained: S.A., I.A., U.S., and K.A., all born in 1999. At the time of their detention, they were in a state of alcohol intoxication and were disturbing public order, as well as ignoring the requirements of the Law "On Silence".
Protocols were drawn up against the detainees under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses for petty hooliganism. All four are currently in a temporary detention facility.
