According to the information, on March 26, 2025, a statement was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District from a citizen S.S., born in 1987. He reported fraudulent actions by a person named M., who, having gained his trust in 2024, deceitfully took possession of several vehicles: a 2018 Toyota Hilux for $23,000, a 2003 Honda Stream for $7,000, a 2018 Hyundai Sonata for $15,000, as well as an amount of $20,000. The fraudster promised to pay with construction concrete, but has been evading capture ever since.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In August 2025, the investigative service of the Alamudun District Internal Affairs Department decided to charge citizen B.M. as a defendant. A measure of restraint in the form of in absentia detention was chosen against him, after which he was declared wanted.
As a result of operational-search activities, the whereabouts of B.M., born in 1988, were established, and he was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, investigative actions are being conducted to identify other possible crimes committed by the detainee.
