In 2025, the amount of one-time assistance increased from 100,000 to 150,000 soms. This amount was paid to 13,331 citizens. The increase in payment amounts contributed to more families starting small businesses and actively utilizing their labor resources.
Key results of the program this year:
As a result of the implementation of social contracts, 13,964 jobs were created, with 90% of the program participants being women living in rural areas.
The largest number of contracts were issued for projects in agriculture (77.7%), followed by the service sector (8.9%), manufacturing (7.3%), and trade (6.1%).
1,101 program participants took advantage of the opportunity to receive an interest-free loan of up to 200,000 soms for three years to expand their businesses.
The program of paid public works provided employment for 10,716 people, and another 711 jobs were created thanks to the personal assistant service.
Experts emphasize that this program has significantly improved the financial situation of thousands of families and increased their competitiveness in the labor market.
