The Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration has published data on the work with children who are without parental supervision for the third quarter of 2025.
During this period, 492 children were placed under guardianship, 370 of whom found new families through national adoption, while two were adopted by foreigners.
All families that took children into guardianship undergo mandatory registration and are under constant supervision by guardianship authorities, which ensures proper care, upbringing, and protection of children's rights.
The Ministry of Labor noted that the process of adoption and placement of children under guardianship is regulated by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning children, as well as norms related to the transfer of children to both citizens of the country and foreigners.
These measures are aimed at creating a safe and supportive environment for children without parental care, as well as strengthening the institutions of family placement in Kyrgyzstan.
