Since the beginning of the year, the children's helpline 111 has received 67 thousand calls

The state institution "Child Helpline - 111," operating since 2015 under the Ministry of Labor, provides round-the-clock assistance and accepts free calls from all corners of the country.

The team of psychologists at the center works without breaks, ensuring support at any time of the day. Each shift includes two specialists who take calls, listen to requests, provide consultations, and record information in a log. All conversations are carefully documented, and questionnaires are filled out for further submission to the relevant authorities.

In the 11 months of 2025, the center received 67,429 calls. Of these, 2,777 requests were related to receiving consultations or assistance: 1,170 of them were from children (42.1 percent), and 1,607 were from adults (57.9 percent). As a result, 1,977 consultations were provided, 574 individuals received psychological help, and 226 cases were referred to the appropriate government agencies for further action.

According to data on the gender and age of the callers: 438 men (15.8 percent), 1,169 women (42 percent), 324 boys (11.7 percent), and 846 girls (30.5 percent).

The main task of the center is to provide timely assistance to both children and adults who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, as well as to prevent potential risks to their psychological and social well-being.
