US Dollar:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 87.45 soms (unchanged).
- Average rate at exchange points: buying — 87.28 soms, selling — 87.75 soms.
Euro:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 103.0555 soms (decrease of 0.13 percent). This is a new record for the value of the euro in December.
- Average rate at exchange points: buying — 102.51 soms, selling — 103.5 soms.
Russian Ruble:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 1.1147 soms (decrease of 0.35 percent).
- Average rate at exchange points: buying — 1.107 soms, selling — 1.137 soms.
Kazakh Tenge:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 0.1703 soms (decrease of 0.64 percent).
- Average rate at exchange points: buying — 0.1516 soms, selling — 0.1798 soms.
Chinese Yuan:
- Official rate of the NB KR: 12.4821 soms (increase of 0.11 percent). The yuan has once again set an annual record for value.
- Average rate at exchange points: buying — 12.5 soms, selling — 13 soms.
